Wholesale Policies
We are passionate about supporting small businesses, and are proud to partner with independent retailers. We truly value the relationships we develop with our stockists, both personally and professionally.

ORDERING + PAYMENT
Opening order minimum: $250
Reorder minimum: $250
All SKUS are orderable in increments of six (6).
All orders should be submitted via our wholesale website. Payment must be made by pre-paid check or credit card.
SELLING
Authorized retailers will receive 50% off of the product's listed MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Products purchased as a Farm + Sea wholesaler can not be sold for less than manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) listed on www.farmandsea.com. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in suspension of your account.
WE DO NOT AUTHORIZE RE-SELLING THROUGH ONLINE MARKETPLACES SUCH AS AMAZON, ETSY, EBAY, ETC. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS PROHIBITION WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Retailers selling on sites without prior approval may have their account suspended.
If a retailer operates under, sells as, or Does Business As any name other than the one which the account was registered and/or shipped to, this name must be on file with Farm + Sea. We reserve the right to suspend the wholesale relationship should we find that a find a retailer is selling our products under a secondary, unregistered name. We do not allow any account or retailer to distribute our products to other businesses without prior consent.
TURNAROUND TIME
All wholesale orders are made to order, so please anticipate about 2-3 weeks between order placement and shipment. We will always do our best to turn orders around as promptly as possible, and turnaround times may vary depending on order size and time of year.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground; shipping cost will typically be about 10% of your total order. We offer delivery to locations within 15 miles of our Amesbury studio, at no cost. Any deliveries made outside of this zone will be charged a fee (subject to change based on location). Pre-arranged pickup at our studio is always welcome!
ZIP CODE PROTECTION
The success of our wholesale partners is very important to us. In most cases, we may be able to offer zip code protection to our stockists, but we cannot always guarantee it. We reserve the right to handle this at our discretion.
Some variables that may affect zip code protection:
- Sales volume/overall account health
- Range of Farm + Sea products sold
- Mileage and drive time between locations
- Customer demographic
Please note: accounts that have not placed an order for 9 months will be considered inactive and will no longer be zip code protected.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Returns are not accepted; any shortages or items damaged in shipment will either be replaced or credited towards a future purchase.
